Is an operator included with the Chocolate Fountain Packages?
Yes, all of our packages have operators to ensure everything is kept clean and runs smoothly. We have built up a good reputation with venues over the years, mainly due to our operators keeping everything immaculate.
How much does it cost?
The final cost of your chocolate fountain hire depends on the location and time of year and what fountain packages and extras you require.
What areas do you cover?
Based in Essex but we cover hertfordshire, kent, london, surrey, middlesex. We also have done many functions in the following Essex villages basildon, chelmsford, southend, romford, brentwood, braintree, and billericay. The following towns are places that we frequently get asked to go to with our chocolate fountains reading, luton, stevenage, dartford, maidstone, gillingham, harlow, and croydon.
Do I need to supply anything?
All we need is a table with cloth and a 13amp power supply. We supply everything else.
How long can I hire a Chocolate Fountain for?
Our standard hire time is 4 hours. We need an hour before your 4 hours start to set everything up and get the chocolate flowing. Everything is prepared fresh at the venue. Longer hires are available on request.
Can we have the Chocolate Fountain outside?
No, Chocolate attracts flies, and we all know how unpredictable the weather can be.If the fountain is in a marquee outside, that is not a problem.
Do you use oil in your Chocolate Fountains?
No, we never use oil
What Chocolate do you use?
Only the very best Callebaut Belgian Chocolate, available in 10 different flavours
Can I choose my own dips?
Of course. We have a choice of about 40 dips, so plenty for everyone.
What can be dipped into the chocolate fountain?
You can dip anything that will skewer and not crumble into the chocolate. Fruits and pastries are the most common. With our packages you can have many dipping items included (up to 40 different items), but if you prefer to supply your own.

Please find below a quote for the two different packages that we offer.
Single Chocolate Fountain (27" for 75 guests 34" for 150 Guests or 44" for 250 guests)
A large chocolate fountain complete with a two tier light base to illuminate the
fountain. Chocolate in a choice of Milk, White or Dark. A selection of a minimum
of 20 different dipping items to dip, skewers, napkins and paper plates.
2 members of staff to look after the machine tend to your guests and keep the dipping items topped up. Petals and butterfly decorations around the table to blend in with your colour scheme. Approx 3 hours running time.
Cost depending on fountain size
Triple package (suitable for 500 Guests)
Three large chocolate fountains in their own individual light bases.
These three
machines come with milk, white and dark chocolate as standard. or to your choice requirements
The light bases have various colours within them so we set them the best to suit your colour scheme.
We provide paper plates to keep the chocolate from dripping and making a mess.
We provide skewers and colour co ordinated napkins. we provide a minimum of 20
dipping items (max of 40), which are topped up as we go along.
We decorate the bases with petals and butterflies also colour co ordinated. This package idealy sits on two 4ft oblong tables or nearest, provided by the hotel or venue.
We at this stage have availability of either package on your date.
If you are happy with the above quote and would like to book, could you let us have a contact number and the best time to catch you. We can take the details we need. A deposit of £100 would then need to be sent to secure your date and the balance paid two weeks before your wedding date.
