Kelly's Occasions was started in 1997, concentrating mainly on Balloon Art and Hall Arranging. We started providing Chocolate Fountains to events in 2003 - which makes us one of the longest running Chocolate Fountain businesses in the UK. Since then, we have continued to grow, adding Champagne Fountains, Chair Cover Hire, French Crepe Machines and Fresh Fruit Palm Trees to our services.

Kelly's Occasions is based in Essex, but we also cover London, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent and Buckinghamshire.
